How We Helped

Website Design/Build, Custom Multi-step Form, Tracking

Background

Navisure came to us in need of a user-friendly web presence for their fledgling company. As a startup in the personal and business insurance arena, Navisure required a website that introduced the company and put faces to their personalized approach.

The Challenge

The process of obtaining insurance and quick, reliable quotes online is often viewed as challenging or cumbersome. Navisure’s mission is to simplify the process. Their premier web presence needed to serve information quickly regarding the reliability of the company, and to provide an effective user experience for obtaining quotes.

A Squarespace site was the perfect solution for Navisure, so we selected a template which provided a launching point for design.

Our Approach

A Squarespace site was the perfect solution for Navisure, so we selected a template which provided a launching point for design. From there, we were able to integrate the company’s brand elements and convey their easy, personal approach with words and images. With third party integration from Zapier, we created a custom, multi-step form that walks users through the quoting process with ease – which is exactly what agents at Navisure want to do. In addition, we added a live Chat functionality to further enhance client support.

Results

Navisure has jumpstarted their marketing efforts with the newly designed site, which has been well-received by clients. Tracking efforts are in place to confirm successful leads via the multi-step form and overall site experience.
