Background

For years, Prometis Partners has been assisting owners of small and mid-sized businesses become transition ready when they decide to sell their companies. The business had grown to the point of needing a fresh approach to current and prospective client needs, along with a way to manage client interaction with the company.

The Challenge

In 2018, Prometis Partners’ website was limited in terms of the content it provided its users, and also in how user behavior was tracked. The site aesthetic and user experience was also in need of an update. The opportunity to completely redesign the site with a new face and voice was coupled with efforts to monitor and document site use.

Taking visual cues from the existing Prometis branding, we developed a concept design based on the journey of exit strategy.

Our Approach

Taking visual cues from the existing branding, we developed a concept design based on the journey of exit strategy. Imagery was selected to reflect this concept, from a seedling to a pathway through the woods filled with trees. Content was developed to reflect this concept and voice, and new rich media downloads were offered.

Behind the scenes, we incorporated keyword research and on-page search engine optimization to drive traffic to the new WordPress site. We also integrated Zoho, a powerful Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to assist the client with tracking and documentation of actions of users on the site.

Results

The integration of Zoho into the updated site design has provided the client with a streamlined process for reviewing user behavior – which helps point us in new directions for future marketing efforts. Feedback from users regarding the new site aesthetic and offerings has been abundant and positive. Our journey with Prometis continues with recurring marketing efforts including regular blogging and facilitation of email marketing campaigns.
